This teacher needs to find a new line of work:
My son’s teacher did this to him earlier in the year, but I was not fortunate enough to have a video tape of the classroom discussion. I only had the recollection of my 7 year old as he explained with teary eyes what his teacher had told him about John McCain.

We didn’t do this and we homeschool. This would have been inappropriate to do this to your own kids…let alone someone elses.
I sure wish I knew where this woman was a teacher. The behavior is unacceptable. My students didn’t know who I voted for until after the election, and that was because another person who worked at the school, a friend of mine, stuck her head in and said, I’m sorry McCain didn’t win. My response was, “Thanks, I will talk to you later.” The students wanted to ask a bunch of questions and I told them that it was not a good idea to talk about it.
